Wall Artifacting

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)

What happens when the bug occurs? Only notice it when I'm on the second floor of my lot and it doesn't always happen but once it starts happening I can keep making it happen without any direct correlation to anything. It happens in build mode or regular. Images attached show exactly what happens.
What do you expect to see? Regular Walls.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I'm having this strange wall glitch that's showing more and more often and it's getting kind of old. Only happens on the second floor and sometimes shows when in the worlds view.

Specs:
1080ti

8700k

32GB Ram

All temperatures are well within operating ranges.

No other artifacting shown on any other lots or homes I've looked at, including bigger lots.

Graphics settings shown below alongside an image of it not doing the glitch. It seems to only happen when I hover over certain areas with no direct correlation to any objects or specific walls.

I also get really strange shadow artifacting all over the place. Not sure what it is, but there's also no direct correlation between it and any objects.
I just recently moved this lot from the "Bargain Bend" lot that originally starts empty. It also had the same strange wall artifacting on that lot too. The artifacting doesn't cause crashing and is less prevalent but still happens in play mode sometimes.

Of note: The third image is with the show walls option as walls hidden.

    @Staplergun if I understand you correctly, this glitch is only occurring with one particular build?  If so, is this a build of your own creation or one you downloaded from the Gallery?  If your own creation, would it be possible for you to upload it (just call it "Test Walls Glitch" or the like), and provide me with the link or name?  If someone else's, I'd also like to take a look at it, if you can let me know the name or Origin ID of its creator.  Also, I understand that you don't use mods/CC, but corruption can still occur in the game.  If you haven't already, please take the following steps: 1) clear your cache, 2) repair the game via Origin, 3) start a new save, and 4) test the build in that new save (if you haven't already, save the build to the Library so that you can easily place it into a new save).
