walls are dissapearing when placing paint or wallpapers down

hi i need help with my game the problem im having is when i go to place paint or wallpaper on the walls or sometimes even the floors they would go see through where i can see outside only happens whe...

After moving mods folder to desktop you need delete localthumbcache.package file in game folder and fix game in Origin.
There is possibility that this your save is bugged - so save the game by option "save as" and start new game to test if it will be happen in another game also.

    hi ive tried doing what you said i even took out my saves folder to desktop and created a new game but its still doing it in the new game as well

      I will tag to @BryonyRae for help because she is the best specialist about bugs in building department. For me it looks like painting tool and destruction tool somehow got mixed up in your game.
