Neather WASD or arrow-keys nor point or comma keys does not work. What i have already done:
- repair game
- uninstall & reinstall game
- uninstall & reinstall origin
- remove all folders and place them back in one by one
Nothing seems to be working.
@jjtikka Do you have any overlays running alongside the game? If so, please try disabling them. Disable Origin in-game as well: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.
If that doesn't help, please remove the entire Sims 4 folder from Documents\Electronic Arts, let the game create a new folder, and add nothing back in, at least until you test. Let me know whether you can use those keys in a completely clean folder or not.
I don’t have any overlays and actually that ”creating a new folder” i’ve done a few times, doesn’t help. And origin in-game is already disabled.
Also no keyboard softwares..

Well, clean booting basically broke my whole computer so no, that really didn’t work...
@jjtikka A clean boot should never break your computer. What happened when you tried it?
And yes, it would be useful to test with a different keyboard. Maybe you can borrow one temporarily from a friend or family member.
Ok so computer is fixed, i had to clear my whole computer, problem still stands. And i also play on laptop so.. but i have somewhat got used to playing with just my mouse, so maybe i will get fully used to that. Thank you everyone for trying to help! I’m still open for suggestions.
