"We were unable to verify your credit or debit card."

Hi, I've had the problem with "We were unable to verify your credit or debit card." for months now and I've tried all my cards and my friends and it does not work. I dont have the other payment apps and I have tried Klarna but that does not work either. 

How do I fix this?
