Weird Exclamation mark over one of my shops in world veiw
when i open my world map veiw in oasis springs the icon for the comedy club is a yellow exclimation mark. what does this mean/? and how can i fix it?

When you enter build mode and check lot info, the type of lot you choose has a check list (residential and generic have none). The exlamation happens when you do not have all of the required objects on the list to complete that lot type. It sounds like you removed an object required to complete the comedy club venue check list.
