Weird pixel

Hi! I have this pixel onto my game, could someone please help me?

i play onto the EA APP
Windows 11 

ever since downloading the sims 4 again it show this kind of pixel everytime i add a detail in the face and body and it continue to glitch during the game  

(i also tried to delete all my mods and also remove the whole game and re-download etc and it’s still there, the pixel, i even tried to download sims studio but my windows won’t allow sims studio so i don’t know what to do)
