There are no recommendations on laptops in this thread and three year old recommendations would probably not help much today even the minimum requirements are out of date with recent expansions. Would that be what you are looking for? If not, you might want to open your own thread asking for the specifics that would fit your personal needs, as there's a lot to consider when buying a new computer. For example, which is your price range and what will you use the computer for other than playing The Sims 4? If you are planning to travel with it a lot, for example, weight would be important.
There are sooooo many computers out there that if you have a specific one in mind, that would be easier. Also, in this particular case, having a recent thread is better than posting on an old one - technology evolves really fast and what's recommended today will be different in a couple months! š
