What's going on here?

I just looked at the sim families that I have going. I noticed that four of my recently aged up male teen sims are all deformed.
This has happened many times before, but I only have a picture of one of them because he's the worst of the current lot of them. All of his siblings and the siblings of the other three male teens are not like this. This boy looks like he was wearing a corset or something.
None of them look anything like this in the toddler or child age. Just in the teen and older and it rarely happens with the girls.
Can someone please help?

Sim inherits about 30% of the appearance after each parent, the rest is random. Very often, the son inherits this 30% from his mother and if she is very slim, you will get the same effect as in this picture.
You can use this code and improve his appearance in CAS :
    cas.fulleditmode

Do you by chance play with custom content or mods if you do, you might consider going through them to see if something is interfering with your game.

I've come across this recently in my current game where I was using cc skin and my sim ended up with it. I quickly remedied that with taking that cc skin out of my game.

To fix mods and custom content try the 50/50 method:

    1. Move all the mods and cc out into a temporary folder on the desktop.
    2. Move a few files back at a time. Load the game to make sure it loads and everything is good.
    3. Delete the localthumbcache.package from the Sims 4 folder.
    4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 till there is no more files to check.

** While your testing, don't save the game. If you find any problems, delete the mod or custom content file.

I just use MC Command Center, but this was also occurring before I first installed it over a year ago.

MC does not cause such deformations. If you do not have CC clothes or skins, then the game caused this deformation. You can try to fix the game on Origin, but of course it will not reverse these changes. I assume you're using Story Progression, and I've discovered that when you play for a long time and the fourth generation of sims is already grown up, some sims really need a correction because they look terrible.
But if you have MC, you can easily improve the appearance of your sims. I always correct it.

In addition, you can set the MC to let children inherit only the appearance of their parents
