I was wondering if you could help my daughter out. We just purchased the Limited Edition The Sims4. We tried downloading it on a computer and 2 laptops. We had to download Origins first. On the first laptop, it kept taking us to the original Origins site. We had established my daughter's account. That's about it. The game still didn't download. Went to our ol' reliable computer. It was also unable to download. Now we are on my laptop, which I don't like to do with kid's games, as to it is my work computer, but I was desperate. We got to the part where we put in her code for the game and then pressed download. It stated it couldn't download the game. What the heck? Not sure what to do now. My daughter is really upset.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
