when i try to open a game it just tells me to relaunch

Question

When I launch the game, it is completely&nbsp;fine.It appears that I can create a new game and load a game. However, when I try to launch a loaded game, it takes me to the map, then when I click on my household it loads for about two minutes then shows me a pop-up saying that there is a bug and I should relaunch.However, when i relaunch it repeats itself. It is the same with making a new game but, it does let me Create-A-Sim. Someone help me??

@MissHuntyyIf you have mods/cc in your game, remove all of them to see if the game works better.For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.Otherwise try repairing your gameOpen your Origin client and go to My Game Library, right-click The Sims 4 and choose Repair.

I moved all mods and its still doing the same thing how do u fix this.
