Where are my Expansion and Game Packs?

Hi everyone, 

This is my first post on here.

I played the Sims 3 and Sims 4 for a long time with the Origin launcher. I uninstalled all my expansion packs and game packs to make some storage space while I was studying. Now I wanted to install them again because I have enough time to play.

I see they transitioned to the EA launcher, but I cannot find any of my game packs or expansion packs in my library tab. In the tab it says "missing something? you can find your add-ons in the game hub" but when I go on the sims 3 and sims 4 search tab, it's still treating my account as if I have not purchased any expansion or game packs?

I don't know what happened. My username is different and I go into purchase and billing history and there are no receipts of my sims purchases.

I'm concerned because I put in to much money for this game :(

I use a MacBook Pro from 2015.

Please help. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

    Hello jvsmt 

    If your game library isn't showing your add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to.
