greenean71 Do you still need help? If so, please let me know whether Sims 4 has disappeared from the EA App, from your desktop (i.e. the shortcut), or both. If it's gone from the EA App, clear its cache:

And if that doesn't help either, let me know whether all your Sims 3 content is still present, i.e. not only the base game but your expansions and stuff packs. You can check under Manage > Manage add-ons.
Thanks for the reply. I managed to figure out the issue. When I had to log back into the EA app I ended up using the wrong username/email on the account I set up TS4 with. My TS4 was back in the EA app and all is well in my Sims game after I used the correct log in info.
