Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Owned 3 packs (life and death, Cats and Dogs and get to work) with 800 hours gameplay.

Just bought 3 more packs (Country living, A love one, and business one) 

Only the 3 new packs are showing as downloaded 

My Gameplay is now 13 hours total !? 

I cant play my saved game as it requires the packs that it now says i no longer have, the original three

I have zero owned packs showing in marketplace when i have tried to check if they are activated via there

Restart isnt working

Uninstall to reinstall wont work as it says Sims is running when it isnt.

Help :(
