where my sims 4 picture supposed to be at the picture is Flickr and I repair and uninstall and reinstall and date up all my mods and still having this program

This is the picutre what going in my sims 4 game and not just the sims i make and the other sims as well
@LadyT29138 That spinning icon usually means the save is corrupted beyond repair, and it's normally caused by mods. But you can try loading a backup save instead.
Please move your entire Mods folder to the desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then use the manual method to recover a backup save, as described here:

That didn't work. i delete all my save files and start over and that still didn't help
