Which laptop for Sims 4?
Hello,
I am currently looking at 2 laptops and would appreciate advice as to which one is more suited to play Sims 4? This is the only game I will be playing on the laptop as well as using it for study.

(With the Dell laptop, I am looking at the Arc graphics card)

@sims_girl123 Technically, the Dell with its Arc graphics would be the faster gaming machine. But Intel hasn't ironed out all the issues with Arc GPUs and older games yet, so I would avoid these models if possible. For example, these have Nvidia graphics cards and are also lightweight and portable, with bright, high-resolution screens:
The RTX 4060 is somewhat faster than the 4050, which is somewhat faster than the 3050, which is still good enough to run Sims 4, all current packs included, on ultra settings, although not at >100 fps at the laptop's native resolution. 60 fps should be fine though, other than when the game lags for its own reasons.
For laptops with (relatively slower) integrated graphics, I'm not seeing anything cheaper than the Acer Swift that's also 14" and has a high-res screen. (Not sure whether that's important to you, but it's a nice bonus and both the laptops you're considering have one.) But this one's graphics chip is somewhat faster than the chip in the Swift, it has a similarly high-res and bright screen, and it's not that much more expensive:
