Which laptop is best to run sims 4 with all expansion packs + CC?

I’m having trouble deciding which laptop to buy that will run only sims 4 with all expansion packs and some CC. I love Lenovo laptops just because it’s what I’m used to and they run amazing for school projects and hold storage well. I’m looking for a laptop that can hold sims 4 with minimal lagging and buffing. I also want the graphics to be decent at least. My budget is between $400-$700. For my budget, I would like to know what laptop is best for the sims 4? I-don't usually play any other games other than Roblox but or some small horror games. Other than that I will just use the laptop for my college courses. I’m stuck between these 2 laptops.

    BvbyCella​  I apologize for the late reply.  I was away from the forums for a little while and am still catching up with older threads.

    If you'd still like help, the first laptop is clearly better than the second from a gaming perspective.  The first should run all current Sims 4 content on ultra graphics settings; the second should be able to handle mediium-high to high graphics.

    I can also look for other options for you if you're still interested; just let me know.
