Which of these pcs can run Sims 4/3 at max settings?

Hi I have two computers I'm interested in. Which one should I go for to play Sims 3 and 4 smoothly at max settings with all packs. PC 1: Intel I7 860. 2.80GHz 8GB RAM Dual Channel Nvidia GTX 106...

    Definitely PC2. Better everything except graphics card. Integrated Graphics cards aren't ideal for Sims, so if you can add that 1060 into PC 2, that would be great.

    16 GB RAM is good enough, but if you have all packs, I'd still suggest you to expand to 32 GB. Sims 4 can be memory hogger and as I wrote, DDR4 are very cheap right now.

    You may also consider CPU upgrade for future, but that's up to you. If you only play Sims and don't do heavy multitasking while playing, 3200G should still be enough.

16 GB RAM is good enough, but if you have all packs, I'd still suggest you to expand to 32 GB. Sims 4 can be memory hogger and as I wrote, DDR4 are very cheap right now.

      Sims 4, I am sure you shouldn't have issues.

      Sims 3, as much as I love that game, I have to say that it is unoptimised mess and you can have the best gaming PC ever and Sims 3 with all packs still wouldn't run smoothly on it. There are some tutorials on the net to get the game smoother, but still, there will always be issues and those issues, usually, aren't HW related.
