Remove your mods and try without

I tried that and it worked, however I have to find the mod that caused this. I've tried using the Mod Conflict Detector, and not even it could find anything. However its so strange because this just happened randomly

The mod conflict detector detects conflicts between different mods not the game itself.
If you have many mods/CC use the 50/50 approach to testing.
Meaning take out half and test. If it works put back half of what you took out and test. continue until you find the mod/mods that conflicts.

That means you either have 2 mods the same in your mods folder or you have an older version. This happened to me and I had two mods the same .
