The mod conflict detector detects conflicts between different mods not the game itself.
If you have many mods/CC use the 50/50 approach to testing.
Meaning take out half and test. If it works put back half of what you took out and test. continue until you find the mod/mods that conflicts.

I tried that, and I still can't find anything

So you are saying that after testing all your mods you no longer have the issue?

No, it's the opposite of that. After testing my mods, I still couldn't find the mod that messes up my game.

Then you haven't been testing as I suggested or you would have found it.
You can instead of the 50/50 method test with one at a time. takes longer but you are sure to find which mod/mods or CC that conflicts.
