White screen randomly in build mode
So as you can see, completely white. it flashes black, then does this, and its impossible to close the game without restarting the entire laptop. however, i can tell there's still something there...

TangledDreams1 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Here it is. i dont know if the sims needed to be open for this, so its closed, but if needed i can do it agian with the sims open
also: it happens infrequently enough that if i save like I'm paranoid, i don't loose progress
