TangledDreams1 You don't need to run a dxdiag while you have any particular app open. It's a system report rather than a monitoring tool; the only time-dependent section is the error reporting at the end, but that lists the ten most recent errors. So as long as you've played recently, I'd expect the relevant errors to show up.
Speaking of which, most of the errors in your dxdiag are crashes of the graphics driver, or one of them. Since the game should be using the Nvidia driver, and having an older Intel driver is not generally an issue, try updating only the Nvidia driver. But don't install the newest-available version, which has some reported issues. Instead, go here:
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/
Choose Game Ready Driver as the Download Type, and try driver 576.88, from July 1. If it doesn't work, you can update the normal way to 577.00. Restart your computer after installing a new driver and before doing anything else.
Did all that, and so far it hasn't happened. if i can go the rest of the day without the issue we can mark this solved.
Edit:It happened agian
