White Screen

Started playing the time traveler event, got a about an hour in gameplay and the game suddenly froze. Couldn't click anything and white screened. Couldn't close my game. Had to restart my laptop. Tri...

    Probably best if you post in PC tech The Sims 4 Technical Issues - PC 

    Make sure to include you Computer's DxDiag

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post
