White screen

Anytime I try to change from full screen to another mode my screen goes white completely and I have to force shut the game I got rid of all my mods cc reset my chache deleted saves deleted mod files from my folders even tried repairing and nothing is working it only started doing this after the newest update

    Nebulanyoss​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
