Whitescreen/CTD on Alt-Tab/Graphics Settings Change, after DLC Purchase.

I'm aware there's a topic that already covers Alt-Tab/Graphics settings changes leading to crashes, but the only suggested solution was to perform a clean-boot of your pc, which I'd done and unfortun...

    @Spartan781lt  If you happen to have RivaTuner Statistics Server or MSI Afterburner installed, disable them while you play.  They apparently don't get disabled in a clean boot, for whatever reason.

    Otherwise, try deleting options.ini; it may have been corrupted.  You'll need to redo all your in-game settings of course.

    If that doesn't make a difference, do you have GeForce Experience installed, and is it set to "optimize" your Sims 4 graphics settings?  If so, please disable that option, then delete options.ini (again) and test.

    P.S.  It's best to remove the MSInfo from your post: given the info it lists about your computer, it's best not to post it on a public site.
