Why am I missing files

Question

My Origin wouldn't launch correctly before but once I got in touch with tech support and got that to launch, my game is showing up with "

[85262c58:29f00e76:00000000:00000000]" when I try to launch the actual game. I looked into my Electronic Arts folder and the only things I have under "The Sims 4" folder is what I've attached below. I remember it having a lot more files in there. What do I do to get my game to actually start?

Turn it off or add the Origin and TS4 to exceptionshttps://crinrict.com/blog/2019/03/windows-10-defender-controlled-folder-access.htmlOpen Windows Defender/ Virus Protection Settings. Open also Program Files(x86)/Origin Games/ The Sims4/Games/Bin and BinLE. Add TS4 from BinLE and TS_x64 from Bin to the exception in TWO places. The first one in "Exclusions" and the second one in "Control folders access". Not only in one place but two. Do the same with Origin. The Origin you will find in the same Program Files(x86) folder.But these files should not disappear from your game folder. Do you have only one "The Sims 4 " folder in Documents / Electronic Arts? Maybe you have there also the Legacy Edition folder?Are you using One Drive?I don't work for EA
