why are my files done differently?
For some reason my sims 4 installation has been doing my sims files differently. I do not know how this has happened but i feel like it has done this ever since i moved my installation to my E:Drive....

I don't quite understand. Are you talking about the chosen view? From the View menu you can change from details view to list view or what you prefer. You can also change the size of icons there if that is what you mean.
I am trying to say that my files are for some reason organised differently for say 6 months ago wwhen i installed it last...
- By the way im trying to reinstall it onto my C drive and see what happens
Then look at the options in the View menu like I wrote.
- So i installed it again and it has the same file order as the picture i shown. The other reason i am kinda mad is because i dont know how to mod the game now..

Look at the top of the Window where it says View. But apparently you are looking for the Mods folder which is not located with the game files but the user files. These are by default located here: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\
Notice that the user files are generated the first time you start the game.
You would have gotten a speedier reply if you had stated at the beginning what you where looking for.
