why are my files done differently?
For some reason my sims 4 installation has been doing my sims files differently. I do not know how this has happened but i feel like it has done this ever since i moved my installation to my E:Drive....

What view menu do you mean by the way??
Look at the top of the Window where it says View. But apparently you are looking for the Mods folder which is not located with the game files but the user files. These are by default located here: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\
Notice that the user files are generated the first time you start the game.
You would have gotten a speedier reply if you had stated at the beginning what you where looking for.
- Ok, i see what you mean but i dont have an electronic arts folder, nor does my User files generate, i think there is a problem.
This folder - Electronic Arts / The Sims4 - will be generated in Documents when you turn on the game for the first time.
If that were the case the game would not work. Here is an easy way to find out which folder your game is using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder
- I still cant seem to get the User Files
That page that you set has the way the files should look like but for some reason tfor me the files and file folders are displayed in a different ways e.g. there is a Games folder with a bin folder which has all of the resources but no files about saves or anything to do with the in game files...
