Why are the actions none insistent on one of my sim at work

Like a sim he makes me so angry, that I quited  the game but I did save though

Does he have the clumsy trait ?

Not sure I got him from the gallery and I did not check his status  as what I create I make them into gigs if I want them to work at science but this sim I did not create if I remember so who ever created him might have given him the clumsy trate he was a teen when I got him from the gallery. Oh I remember now I was playing my game when I got a notification that this sim likes this house and I Murge him into the household and I got sure want to merge this sim I clicked yes. So that's why I never knew what characteristics he had, so better check him out and find out

I found out his characteristics he is hot headed a genius, geek and business savvy therefore looks like he be better off doing business so I changing his job to that get paid $16 pair hour as business savvy are his characteristic . Done that and he going to be paid an extra simoleons an hour from 16 to 17
