Why can’t I click on clothes on my sims?

@kyvlies  I've moved your post to the Sims 4 PC tech section.

Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  This should at least fix the llama icons, but let me know if it doesn't.

For the cursor issues, please disable any overlays you have running alongside the game.  Disable Origin in-game as well.  For the global setting, hover over your username, select Application Settings, then More > Origin in-game to see the setting.  Then right-click on the Sims 4 icon in your game library, choose Game Properties, and uncheck the box next to Origin in-game.
