Why cant i find the bear suit in sims 4

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, Outdoor Retreat
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look in the outfits
What happens when the bug occurs? I go into my clothes to fin the bear costume and its not even there when i go to outdoor retreat only
What do you expect to see? The bear costume inside outfits
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

I want to wear the bear costume cause i just bought the Outdoor Retreat expansion pack and its not in the outfits in create a sim.. am i doing something wrong or is it just bugged? please help!!!!!
