Why Cant I Play Sims 4 on more then one device at given time ?

Hi I purchased Sims 4 for PC with the Mac Download, I have installed the game on my windows PC and also on my Daughters Mac. Both my children wish to play when i attempt to open the game on both comp...

It's one license per account, so that's why you can't play on both devices at the same time.

You could go in offline mode for one of the devices, which would mean one of the children can't connect to the online gallery (if you need an excuse, it has mature content and is usually disabled for the legal age limit).

If both kids want to go online I suggest buying another license.
