I bought my game and played it for a week then when I got back on the game was erased so I downloaded it again but when I had to put it the game activation code it didn't work because I all ready used it so now I think I have to spend another $80 dollars on the same game I all ready bought.
I'm trying to register my game but it says the serial code is invalid/already used
You have already registered the game yourself and are trying to reinstall the game
The game does not need to be registered again. Login in the Origin Client with the Email/PW you first registered the game on and download and install the game from there. The game only needs to be registered once and you won't need the code again after your initial registration. This is true for both the DVD and the download version. You can skip the activation step on reinstalling.

As @Phantomlover1717 mentioned, the game is redeemed on your account so first of all, you need to make sure that you are logged into the correct one. People sometimes create more accounts then just one and a mistake can be easily made there.
If you are sure that you are logged in with correct account and the game is still not showing up, contact customer support with your product code so they can locate and troubleshoot the issue for you.
How to contact EA advisor:
- Visit http://help.ea.com/ and log in with your EA account
- Click on help with a game and choose the game you have an issue with
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on contact us
- Select your appropriate platform and click next on bottom right
- Select a relevant topic and add more info into the section Tell us a little more, then click Next
- You will then have the option for Live Chat or Email or a Call Me Option!
NOTE: not every option is always available. It depends on your location, the time of the day and also on the options you select

This happened to me, but here is the thing, I cant reinstall because it wasnt just deleted off my computer but from my origin too. When I thought that I could just type in the code again it said it had already been used.
It did the same thing except, it happened after I tried to install sims 3 that I bought from a friend, The code to sims 3 didn't work so I thought big deal and what happened to you happened to be afterward.

It might have something to do with the fact you can't "share" a code, I'm not sure.
