Why do items appear to be floating from different angles?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Placing items on a surface (table, counter, etc) then changing the camera angle.
What happens when the bug occurs? Items appear to be floating instead of sitting on the surface.
What do you expect to see? I place items on a surface in build mode, change the camera angle, and the items are still on the surface.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
Is it normal for objects placed on surfaces (table counter, etc) to appear to be floating when you change the camera angle? Is there a way to fix this? I attached two images showing this too.
Sorry about all the updates. Just checked other items I had placed around that time and they were also weirdly floating, so I recreated the scenario with MOO enabled but this time they sit just fine (attached images of this) even though I scaled the table down and used ctrl 0 to lower the candle. Seems like a random bug that I get often but not all the time. Reloading my game appears to be the solution so far as it's the only thing I did between the two attempts.
