Why every time I open Sims, it closes the game and won't let me play?
Lately I have been wanting to play sims, but the problem is everytime I press on EA and play game, it starts up the loading screen, gets to the words "The Sims 4", and closes the tab! I have reset EA, reset my computer, moved all my CC to downloads instead of Mods to see if CC was the problem, it was not, shut down my computer, updated the game, and reset the game multiple times, what can I do now?
@holakate If you haven't already, and I'm not completely sure from your description, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
