Hello! I would like some help because i now have sims 4 and after I create a family and choose to move in to a house it wont let me move the family and its says that I have 0 funds. I really want some help and I tried a lot of things but it doesnt work! :c Please help me!

Are you using any mods or cc in your game?
Try to remove them and see if the game works better.
For example, move the mods folder from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to your Desktop and start the game.
Otherwise, try repairing your game.
Open your Origin client and go to My Game Library, right-click The Sims 4 and choose Repair.
You need origin to run the game. you Can not start it from the icons in your lower right corner?
Otherwise try this, but you need to have been able to start origin to even start the game :O
