Sorry the info wasn't correct -- found it here: http://whrl.pl/RbTobB ... seemed legit.
I ended up spending ages on chat support and they just said that EA head office is in California, and they are the ones you see about pricing. I was told there isn't a way to negotiate/question sales price without contacting them.
