Hi all ☹️ I got through and got a case number. Then I was put on hold for an hour. I had to hang up sorry. I will have to try and contact them via email with the case number they gave us. I phoned three times. The first time I just got an automated message saying they no longer take calls at customer service. Instead you contact them via internet and they call you back. Second time I spoke to someone and she just hung up because I could not give a name. I phoned the corporate number then. Third time I phoned the corporate number again I got a case number and was put on hold. When my phone call reached an hour I had to hang up, sorry simmers
