Our exchange rate has such a minimal change but we still have to pay $40 for the game pack, granted its much better than the original $50 but we still feel as if its not fair according to the us dollar exchange rate and since its not a disk version but just a download
just confirmed by a fellow simmer that the address is bogus too, its a medical centre, so both the telephone number and address is not correct ☹️

I ended up spending ages on chat support and they just said that EA head office is in California, and they are the ones you see about pricing. I was told there isn't a way to negotiate/question sales price without contacting them.
http://www.ea.com/locations Redwood shores is the head office, but as you can see, we are not going to get a direct phone or email from them either, all the addresses and pages they refer too is technical support or the facebook pages and twitters we allready know of. I am almost 100 percent sure they can read this and is laughing at us, Guys I don't know what to do anymore ☹️
