Why will my game not save progress any longer?

This is bs. After all the money we have pumped into the Sims over the years...  I AM NOT HAPPY! I have over 12, 000 hours of play time and now, it won't save my game. Seriously!?  I guess I get this ...

yeah, reinstalling or going to Manage World (or whatever it's called)
