Why won’t growing together work

why does growing together download but doesn't show up in game. I restarted & repaired my game 🤦🏼‍♀️ this has been going on for two days

    @tokyo_xo Sometimes the data of EP 13 aren't downloaded to \Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4. sometimes they end up in Delta or even in the CAS Demo files. If you find them anywhere else but not in \Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 4, just move the folder of EP 13 to the correct destination.
