Why won’t my sims 4 open by origin on windows 7?

So my computer recently broke and I found my old one. My old computer is windows 7 and I wanted to download the sims on it, once I eventually downloaded origin I downloaded the sims and all my packs ...

@puzzlezaddict I am sorry but I wasn’t able to use this solution because I cannot contact ea in those times as I live in Australia☹️ do u have any other solutions?

@kathrynlo  You don't need to contact EA help.  Just run the dxdiag, as described in the article, and attach it to a reply in this thread.

Please also attach the Reliability Monitor info, since a Windows 7 dxdiag doesn't list that data.
