Will any of these PCs meet the requirements for TS4?

Currently looking at a Lenovo Erazer x315 on offerup for 200 dollars to play the sims 4 and the sims 3 (and minecraft) all modded and preferably on high/medium settings. IM ON A TIGHT BUDGET AND CANT AFFORD ANYTHING ELSE! Would it run them to my desires or should I keep looking? Thanks. 

@flyingtrashcan03  The specs listed for each computer are somewhat incomplete, so it's difficult to say for sure how well each one would run Sims 4.  But based on what I can see, the third one is the worst of the bunch, with the weakest graphics card.  The second one has a better card than the first, but the first has a better processor than the second.  (That's probably why the first one says it would help a lot to upgrade the GPU.)  The graphics card matters more than the processor, so it's likely that the second one is the best option, but again, more information would be better.

It's just a guess, but if the second PC has been properly maintained, it would probably run TS4 and most or all packs on high settings.  You might find you need to dial a couple back to medium, but it's difficult to say for sure without testing.  Ultra settings would be out of the question unless you only had the base game and perhaps a few early EPs.  (Stuff packs and most game packs wouldn't make nearly as much of a difference.)

What's your current budget?  New and moderately used entry-level gaming PCs aren't all that expensive these days, especially at the level Sims 4 needs to run on high or ultra settings.  But then again, $500-600 U.S. isn't nothing, and if you need to stay lower than that, these might be your best options.  Either way though, I'd be happy to look around a bit if you'd like to see other options.

Edit:  I just saw your other post, so I merged them.  The laptop's specs aren't as good as the second desktop, plus laptops don't tend to hold up as well over time.  And as far as Sims 3 goes, you're best off getting the strongest graphics card you can, since the game doesn't run nearly as well as it should on weaker cards.

@puzzlezaddict  My budget at the moment is literally only about 200-350 dollars. I’m not sure where else to look for better options either ☹️ So if you’re able to find something (maybe even new) that would be amazing! Thanks so much for your help already. 

@flyingtrashcan03  There isn't a lot in that price range; even used entry-level gaming computers tend to be a bit pricier.  I did find exactly one good option on Amazon, from a third-party seller but with the "Fulfilled by Amazon" tag.  This computer is $350 and has a good processor, slightly better than the strongest one among the options you listed; and a graphics card that's significantly faster than any of the three you saw.

(Quite frankly, the third one should go for a lot more money than the current bid; its processor alone is worth $500 when new.)  All of these, if they are what their descriptions say, would run Sims 3 and all current Sims 4 packs on ultra graphics settings.  But of course the flip side is that you're taking a risk by buying on Ebay.

If you'd like to comparison-shop a bit more, here's a rank of graphics cards to look for, in order of increasing strength:

AMD RX 560 < Nvidia 1050 < Nvidia 1050 ti < AMD 570 or 480; Nvidia 1060 3 GB < AMD 580; Nvidia 1060 6 GB

For processors, any Intel at least 6th generation i5 or higher, or 8th gen; or anything in the AMD Ryzen line, would be fine for both games, as long as it doesn't have a U on the end of its name.  It's a bit more complicated than that—obviously, newer CPUs being stronger than older ones, but an i7 or Ryzen 7 is better than an i5 or Ryzen 5.  At any rate, if you stay in this category, you'll be okay.
