Will my computer run the sims 4?

Hi I have a Hewlett-Packard p6-2260ea and I've downloaded the sims 4 demo and does'nt seem to load up properly. It goes a white screen but just cuts out to my desktop page, however the app is showing to be running in task manager with the icon displayed at the bottom as if it was on. I think I may need a new graphics card as I have the manufacturer one. Has my computer got enough power to run the game? or is there something else I'm missing like firewall etc...

If it is a new graphics card I need could you recommend one in the £150 range that would be good enough? also I know my power supply would need to be changed as well to 400W or 500W to run the new graphics card so could you recommend one that is cheap enough and fits in well with my desktop.

thanks for the help

Scott

    • You're CPU is above minimum but below recommended specs
    • Your RAM is fine
    • Your Graphics chip is below minimum specs. Do you also have a graphics card in there ?
    • Is your computer a desktop or laptop ?
