I’ve asked this question before but I’m not sure if I want to buy the other computer so I found another one. Can you help me decide which one is better?

@unicornbunny12  The first computer you linked (also the third) should be able to run Sims 4, all packs included, on medium-high to high graphics settings, depending on your play style.  The second one is likely in the same category, although it doesn't list the specific processor.  I would however avoid both of these because they're from third-party sellers, so if you have an issue, it's probably going to be a major headache to get any support.  The fourth laptop is multiple tiers below the others in terms of performance.

I'd be happy to help you find something better if you'd like.  Just let me know your budget and any other details that matter to you.  For example, do you specifically NOT want a gaming laptop?  The choices you've linked are about the same price as an entry-level gaming laptop, but those would be somewhat bulkier.

@Kris_blurryface  No one needs a CD drive to play Sims 4.  The game is all digital and has been for almost its entire lifespan.  And not that it's relevant to this user, but Macs absolutely do support mods and custom content.  They install exactly the same as they would on a Windows PC.

If you could help that would be wonderful. My budget is between 650-700 dollars. It’s not that I don’t want a gaming laptop, it’s just I can’t find one in my budget. So, if you can help me find one, that would be awesome.

@unicornbunny12  There aren't a lot of gaming laptops in the under-$700 range, but they do exist.  These three would all run Sims 4, all current packs included, on ultra graphics settings:

The first has the slowest graphics card, the second's card is a little faster, and the third's graphics card is significantly faster than that (around 70%, but results vary widely) in gaming.  The second has the advantage of 16 GB RAM, but the other two could be upgraded now or later, and memory is very cheap ($20-30 for another 8 GB module).  The graphics card cannot be upgraded, so if you want the fastest performance possible, the third is the best option.  But that's not the only thing that matters, especially when any of these will run Sims 4 on ultra settings.  So if you like the first or third best for other reasons, they're perfectly reasonable choices too.

Please keep in mind that all three of these laptops are currently on sale, the second one for less than 24 more hours.  So if you do want one of them, don't wait too long.  If you'd rather take your time deciding, I'm sure other similar laptops will be on sale sooner or later, but you might have to wait a bit.
