Will this Graphics card cater sims 4?

Hello,

I was just wondering if aY103D New Dell ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro Low Profile Video Card will play sims 4 fast and smoothly? I am in need of a graphics card and am on a budget so I was wondering if this is good enough. Thanks!

It's in the red. But that page can help you pick out a good Graphics card.

I think that is the GT210, which is also in the red. Maybe if you pick a card that is black and look those up?
