windenburg

hi everyone so i bought the sims 4 pack thats has the world windenburg i something went wrong with installing so i installed the pack again now when i open it it doenst show the house plots or the new sims that live there i can only see one empty world just a little side note i play on my laptop and i never had any issues with downloading a sims 4 pack ive added a photo of the problem i have unistalled it and reinstalled it but this keeps on happening  does anyone know what i could do because i did pay 40 euros for a pack that i cant even play right now :(
