Windows 11 update

Windows 11 did an update from 10, I played Sims 4 and saved my game when done.  Windows 11 had a bug, and I had to reinstall Windows 11.  I went to play Sims 4 again, an older saved file comes up.  All my new unsaved play time doesn't show?  Is there a way to regain this data?
