Most of the time I go into the game and my mouse reverts back to my computer mouse and not the game mouse. which means I can't access the sims needs or anything. I don't know if it's the game or my computer.

moving this to PC tech. Do you have any programs running in the back that produce an overlay ? Like Discord for example ?
i normally close all tabs if i go onto the sims
by all tabs you mean background programs running ?
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
