[Windows] The cheatbox won't open when i press 'CTRL' 'Shift' C buttons

While playing the demo i wasn't able to open the cheatbox, but i thought it was because it was a demo.

Now i've bought the full game (The sims 4), but i'm still not able to open the cheatbox.

What's wrong?
