[Windows] The cheatbox won't open when i press 'CTRL' 'Shift' C buttons

While playing the demo i wasn't able to open the cheatbox, but i thought it was because it was a demo. Now i've bought the full game (The sims 4), but i'm still not able to open the cheatbox. Wha...

Do you have any screen shot taking programs running in the background ?

It's usually a conflict with some other program
